The December Revolution Centre for Rehabilitation of Traumatic Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
This is a large project, proposed and led by the SDU-UK, which aims to provide free medical and multidisciplinary rehabilitation care for the December Revolution victims of TSCI & TBI. The idea lays the foundation for the development of Neurorehabilitation as a speciality in Sudan.
The project is divided into two phases:
- A hyper-acute rehabilitation unit at Khartoum Teaching Hospital.
- Tertiary rehabilitation unit at Soba University Hospital.
