The SDU-UK proudly hosted Sudan’s Alternative Health Policy Conference in London on 6 and 7 April 2019. This was a unique conference bringing together Sudanese doctors and allied health professionals from all over the globe.
The focus of the conference was on alternative health policy, which was a project of policy measures seeking to close the gap between the desired solution and the existing solution.
A combination of interventions was proposed to sufficiently resolve a defined problem, through which a national health policy is created, ensuring good health for the entire population with plans and actions that are undertaken to achieve healthcare goals.
