Our Mission:
Our mission is to ensure the welfare of our members and to assist Sudanese doctors willing to pursue their postgraduate training and education in the UK. We also take a leading role in the development of health services and medical training in our home country of Sudan.
Our membership is open to all Sudanese doctors living in the UK. Additionally, we encourage other Sudanese healthcare professionals and medical students in the UK to become affiliate/associate members of the union.
Our Specific Goals Include:
- Strengthening the bonds between the members and their families and building lines of connection between the Sudanese doctors working in the UK.
- Encouraging Sudanese doctors to develop their abilities and engage in academic pursuits in the UK.
- Interacting with the problems and issues of the Sudanese society in the national and social fields.
- Standing in solidarity with the Sudanese doctors at home and working with all strength and earnestness to restore the legitimate doctors union in Sudan.
- The union takes on all issues of interest to Sudanese doctors in the UK and works to resolve them.
